Refund Policy

Our policy for refunds is valid for 30 days and applies only to items that are defective or damaged during shipping. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange, please contact us at sales@baloobabes.com within 14 days of receiving your order and attach photos of the damaged items. Once we receive your email, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent, subject to availability. If we can't provide a replacement, we'll refund the total cost of your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Baloo Babes cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed delivered to the provided address. In case of such an event, Baloo Babes will verify and provide the customer with the delivery confirmation, including the delivery date, tracking details, and the information of the shipping carrier, to assist the customer in further investigation.
